You can vote by simply clicking on the Vote button above. You can also cast your vote:
- By mail: Please complete, sign, date, and promptly return the proxy card in the postage-paid envelope provided in the proxy materials we sent you.
- Via telephone: Call 888-555-5555 to submit your proxy.
Please vote using only one of these methods. The only reason for you to vote more than once would be to change your previous vote. Please remember that since your voting instructions are processed in the order we receive them, the last vote we receive from you will be the only one that counts.

- Sending a written notice to us expressly revoking your proxy.
- Signing and forwarding to us a later-dated proxy that’s received by us at or prior to the meeting.
- Attending our meeting and voting in person.
Please remember that since your voting instructions are recorded in the order they’re received, your last proxy or vote we receive will be the one that counts.
